We stock 6ft long and 10 ft long used frames, ready to be built into whatever specifications the customer needs.. we can complete a unit in 4 wks or less depending what is needed and if we have to order a transformer or not..we stock transformers…we use all new electronics…we strip and paint the unit. We clean the tank, and rebuild the topside headstock and tailstock.
We build 1 to 3 outputs, from 6000 amps dc to 20,000 amps dc… with or without reversing dc demag >>> these are brand new units made by us.
We come out to customer location with all our tools and parts needed to rebuild a Magnaflux wet bench, or power pack. We use all new electronics. Warranty is 2 years. These jobs take 2 days at customer location.
We can rebuild most types and brands of mag units , that are 10 years old or older, at 40% less than a new magnaflux unit, and the job is done in 2 days.
It usually takes 2 weeks to get all the parts and tools ready, but in emergency cases, we can usually get ready in a few days.
